  1. Collect different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  2. Study detailed CAD drawings and prepares detailed calculations of cost, wastage, etc.
  3. Study 3D renders and prepare initial costs based on materials shown, market rates, company rate card
  4. Analyze company data, monitor budgets, and prices using software packages
  5. Review and assess cost estimates
  6. Identify labor, material, costs, and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and any related documents
  7. Prepare detailed cost estimate reports
  8. Conduct regular risk assessments
  9. Oversee the different stages of a company project to ensure that expenses follow the forecast plan
  10. Present complex and detailed reports to management


  • Should have a 2 – 4 fit-out experience, preferably with Architectural Degree or BSc in Interior Design or equivalent, and proficient in the English language. Experience in material management.
  • Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit-out suppliers.
  • Good Knowledge of the Fit-out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & overseas.
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work with more than one project.
  • Effective communication skills and technically sound.
