A 100-floor skyscraper in Dubai’s Business Bay, encompassing a mixed-use development that seamlessly blends retail, residential, and office spaces. The project spans a plot area of 3,212 m² with a built-up area of 233,524 m². Featuring three floors of commercial spaces, 17 floors dedicated to offices, and 80 floors of residential apartments, this tower reaches an imposing height of approximately 360 meters.
