Inspired by the coast, Seven Waterfront in Dubai is a large-scale marina and tubular-style hotel, drawing visual inspiration from the breakwater, echoing the coastal stabilization design. The development includes 22 identical residential towers, each 24 stories high, comprising over 2,000 luxury apartment units. Positioned perpendicular to the waterline, the towers feature angled façades to optimize sea views.
