Al Remal Land Development in Riyadh Saudi Arabia will be a pilot project along the stretch of Khuzam Highway, near King Khalid Airport Terminal. The project will be a self sustaining complete residential and commercial community.

The main objective of the project is to provide a community to support the areas need for commercial and residential estate. It will showcase as a new modern community in the area, it will supply housing back-log in Riyadh

CONCEPT APPROACH AND PHILOSOPHY

Concept was based on the requirement set by the client, one of the concept essentials is to create a modern but traditionally bounded community with modern facilities and traditional custom. Roads and building hierarchy is also one of the major aspect in dictating the design of the Master Plan. The area was envisioned as a model community with an excellent boulevard roads, private residential estate as well as public areas such as commercial complexes, gardens, promenade path walks, and other needed structure.

It is also intended to blend with its surrounding most especially with the community nearby. As much, the community will also set to encourage and to practice green architecture, set to adopt the advocacies of green living
Privacy and security will be a prime commodity in the community, even though one of the concepts is to give a good area of activities via active road and commercial district connection.

The design of specific residential building and apartments will regard security and privacy as a priority, as well as each villa residential blocks will allocate excellent privacy and security thru space layout and design.
