Job Requirements:
Hiring Design Architect.- Job Location – Abu Dhabi
- 12 to 15yrs work experience
- 7 to 10yrs exp in UAE with Engineering consultants
- High level of concept designing experience.
- Should have work experience with commercial, residential, retail and hotel projects
- Expertise in report writing and presentation skills
- Should be available immediately to join Abu Dhabi design team
Job Description:
- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposal to the client.
- Prepares project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects
- Developed architectural drawings based on client feedback, project cost and time estimates of the project for final acceptance of client and top management
- Proven ability to use own judgment and analysis for architectural projects
- Ensure interface issues are coordinated with other disciplines
- Knowledge of updated authority regulations & relevant standards & local codes
- Attend project meetings with external clients as well as internal team

Job Requirements:
- James Cubitt and Partners hiring – HVAC Draftsman
- Experience – 7+yrs experience in UAE
- Projects exposure – Should have exposure on projects related to residential, commercial building along with hotel projects.
- Software expertise – Must be well versed with AutoCAD. Having an experience in Revit is an added advantage.
- Education Qualification – Graduation or diploma in mechanical engineering
