JCP was commissioned by Etisalat, an international emerging markets telecoms service provider, to design an environmentally-friendly, contemporary network hub. The company is also committed to giving back to its host community, which led to the inclusion on the site of a junior five-a-side football pitch with a grand stand and supporting infrastructure.

The building’s design focus is to bring the exterior environment into the workspace through perimeter glazing. An atrium also brings in light to the social and recreational spaces. Though using the playful colour scheme of the Etisalat brand, the building is designed to conservatively blend with the street, as it is located in a residential zone in Apapa, Lagos.
The project is currently in the concept design phase.
